i appreciated the central location of the hotel. it was close to many shops. the internal restaurants also offered good food. the bellboys were very helpful, i loved the kindness.
the toilet and bathroom felt small. there was a noticeable hole in the wall behind the toilet. the carpet in the common areas felt old. i really don't like carpets in hotels.

The hotel's location is fantastic, near Boston Common and stores. The room had two double beds. I found the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The reception areas was very cute to all guests.
the room lacked drawers for unpacking which was DIFFICULT. The air conditioning was too strong and i could not adjust it. No tea or coffee were available in the room, but free coffee was available in the lobby.

The room was very clean, and I appreciated the included water and small chocolates. The staff provided a friendly welcome each time I entered. The location offers convenient access to upscale shopping and multiple dining options, good.

I liked the restaurants. The breakfast had good food. I had a nice dinner at Willow and Ivy.
The room had only small hanging space. I did not find any drawers to unpack my items. No coffee was available in my room.
