i appreciated the central location of the hotel. it was close to many shops. the internal restaurants also offered good food. the bellboys were very helpful, i loved the kindness.
the toilet and bathroom felt small. there was a noticeable hole in the wall behind the toilet. the carpet in the common areas felt old. i really don't like carpets in hotels.

charming EXPERIENCE

The hotel's location is fantastic, near Boston Common and stores. The room had two double beds. I found the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The reception areas was very cute to all guests.
the room lacked drawers for unpacking which was DIFFICULT. The air conditioning was too strong and i could not adjust it. No tea or coffee were available in the room, but free coffee was available in the lobby.

the hotel provided valet parking service. The car service offered by the hotel was very helpful. I found the concierge to be patient and helpful. She provided great advice about local attractions.

I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was great. The service was excellent that morning. The hotel restaurants were top notch. The lively bar served good food and drinks and created a nice evening atmosphere.

The room was very clean, and I appreciated the included water and small chocolates. The staff provided a friendly welcome each time I entered. The location offers convenient access to upscale shopping and multiple dining options, good.
The room lacked drawers, so unpacking was somewhat difficult.

I liked the restaurants. The breakfast had good food. I had a nice dinner at Willow and Ivy.
The room had only small hanging space. I did not find any drawers to unpack my items. No coffee was available in my room.
